  • Member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid (Madrid Bar Association).
  • After finishing her studies in 1990 and working for a year as researcher for the European Studies Centre (Centro de Estudios Europeos de la Universidad de Alcalá de Henares), completes her professional formation regarding European Corporate Law.
  • She developed part of her professional career as Sawyer in Freshfields London and Díaz Patón & Ferrater Abogados. Since 1999, she has her own law firm and Ana cooperates closely with Goñi & Cajigas Abogados since 2007.
  • As Commercial lawyer, she is particularly noted for her expertise in Companies and Contractual Law especially focused on the incorporation of companies and other legal entities, By-Laws modifications, M&A and advice in governing bodies’ issues. On the Contractual Law stand, she regularly advices clients in any king of contracts and agreements (lease agreements, credits assignment agreements, sale and purchase contracts, supply contracts, etc.) mainly in the services sector.
  • She currently renders services in Employment & Labour Law, advising in on going queries that usually arise out of the employment contracts (benefits, remuneration and redundancies).
